Recessable Centre Shelf

Product Features
- Recessed or flush mounted center keyboard/console platform
- 4 rack units per side above the desktop
- 4 rack units per side below the desktop
- 16 rack units total
- Generous storage cabinet in each rack with removable magnetic front panel
- Recessed primary equipment platform
- Retractable and height adjustable equipment tray with lockable drawer slides, set between the monitor shelf and the worktop. Useful for controllers and equipment which need to be on hand but you would like out of the way when not in use. This shelf is also completely removable if not required
- Height adjustable central computer display shelf. Note the position of the computer display shelf will affect the available space beneath for the optional slide out tray
- Central cable channel at the rear runs between both racks for easy cable management
Customisation Info
Recessed Center Keyboard/Console Platform
The primary equipment platform is designed to 'sink' or recess your keyboard or console so that it's operating surface is set flush or near to flush with the desktop. There's an example in the image gallery in which the red keyboard is recessed to the bottom of it's white keys. In another example, an Avid S3 and Dock are recessed so they are flush with the desktop.
Upon placing your order, you may specify the depth of the recess you require.
Centre Platform Width
- Minimum width: 800mm (makes overall desk width 1879mm)
- Default width: 1100mm (makes overall desk width 2179mm)
- Maximum width 1540mm (makes overall desk width 2585mm)
Upon placing your order, you may specify any width in the range 800 to 1540mm
Please note! Specifying the width of the platform, in turn, modifies the width of the computer display and mid level shelves and will ultimately change the desk's overall width.
Platform Depth
The platform depth, as measured from front to back is fixed at 390mm. If your console or keyboard is deeper, please get in contact with us to discuss.
