Return Eligibility

Fusion Studio Works does not replace or refund for products as a result of a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Timber products exhibit natural variation. There can be small imperfections on the coatings applied to plywood sheet products and returns shall not be accepted on this basis. 99% of these imperfections are picked up in the workshop and dealt with during the cutting process. If you have received your order and feel there is an unacceptable variation in the quality of the surface or edge of a particular part or parts, please get in contact with us so we can find a solution. In most cases we will gladly re-cut an identical part and have it shipped to you.

 

Replacement Parts Lead Time

Replacement parts will be queued for cutting with our next job of like material type. Thus, a lead time of up to 30 business days plus shipping time may elapse before your replacement part is cut and shipped. In normal operation it is usually within one working week.

Return Deliveries

It is the buyer's responsibility to deliver an eligible return to Fusion Studio Works.

 

Refunds

In the event a refund is warranted it shall be provided via the original purchase method.

 

General

You should inspect the product(s) immediately upon receipt at your nominated delivery address and you must notify Fusion Studio Works within five (5) working days of delivery of any shortfall, damage or incorrect orders.

If a product received by you is damaged, faulty or not fit for purpose, promptly contact us by calling (03) 9118 3295 or emailing frontdesk@fusionstudioworks.net to provide details on the fault or damage or reason why you feel the product is not fit for purpose, with accompanying photographs and your contact details. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions reduces or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. A refund will not be provided by Fusion Studio Works if the fault or damage to the product has been caused by accident or by misuse by either you or a third party or if the product has been modified or tampered with in any way by you or a third party.  Furthermore, a refund shall not be provided if Fusion Studio Works believes that the product is, in fact, fit for purpose (i.e. the product can, in fact, be used for its intended purpose).

You acknowledge that, despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or like oversight. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.
