Middle Eight Custom Studio Desk


The Middle Eight studio desks are essentially composed of 3 tiered platforms suspended between two outer rack modules.

Each platform is height adjustable and removable depending on the application.


The overall width of Middle Eight is determined by your flagship keyboard or console - the bit of kit set front and centre.


Each rack module has four rack units of space above the desktop and four rack units below the desktop. In the lower section there's a large storage cabinet with pull-off front and rear covers. This feature is useful for small computers, cables and other gear you need close by but don't use all the time.


When it comes the time to upgrade your keyboard or console, we can easily re-cut and supply the parts for a desk centre section to suit your new gear. You retain the two rack modules, saving you the expense of purchasing a whole new desk.

Size Note:
In the case your console is deeper (front to back) than the desk's listed depth, the worktop will need to be increased to accommodate. This will, in turn, increase the overall depth of the desk. We usually recommend 50-100mm clearance between the rear of the console and the rear of the desk.
