There are several hoops we must jump through before a sale can be completed. We need to communicate with you about shipping costs, customisation requests/options and manufacturing lead times.
For this reason, we don't offer a traditional 'check out' feature on our web store. We want to make sure we have hammered out the fine details before an order is placed.
It also gives us a chance to interact with one another so that you, the customer, can feel confident in the product you will receive.
The first step is to add to the Wish List any products you would like to enquire about. You can add multiple products if you choose. The 'Add to Wish List' button is available on every product page.
The second step is to visit your Wish List (the circle at the top right of screen with the numeral in the centre) and click Enquire / Request shipping estimate. You will be presented with a short web form to fill out.
